Our Story
Hi – I’m Lisa Jimenez [Riley].
Your Online Business Manager!

I started this company in 2019 when the pandemic hit to continue to provide for my family during turbulent times. I needed to find a way to control my resources versus relying on the precarious nature of the newly evolving world.
I started providing career coaching for new entrepreneurs, virtual assistants, and resumé services for individuals changing careers and eventually teamed up with a virtual executive assistant company. I quickly adapted to supporting their clients and executive leadership team and began taking on the talent acquisition part of the company, coaching all of their newly onboarding executive assistants with great success! With business operations and coaching being my true passion, I decided to take my advice for a change and pursue my next chapter in the independent space, building out the Virtual Resource Advocate agency, and I haven’t looked back!
Over two decades of Online Business Management and Marketing experience supporting industry leaders across various industries has allowed me to grow a vast network of top-notch professionals who are the BEST at what they do! Working as an exclusive network, my inner circle has become exceedingly familiar with what has garnered great success for many and what we’ll alternately deem as great learning experiences; I look to bring this wealth of knowledge to those with whom I partner.

THE PROCESS
Let’s lay out the detail

Step 1: The Discovery Call
I want to learn where you are in your business. Where do you feel you’re succeeding, and where do you feel you’re lacking support? This complimentary 30-minute session is the first step toward understanding your needs and assessing whether or not VRA is a good fit for your business.
We’ll discuss your needs around marketing and systems automation, digital optimization, systems management, team management, operations management, and support managing your products or services.
If there are any additional pain points in the business you would like to discuss, we can review those as well!
Based on our discovery call, I will send you a custom proposal and suggest the right services package for you. The proposal will include rough insights, pinpointing potential projects, and next-step recommendations.

STEP 2: STRATEGY SESSION
Once I understand your priorities better from our Discovery Call, we can discuss crafting a custom Action Strategy for you through our Strategic Planning Session. This action strategy can be customized to implement independently – or with further support. This one-time 90-minute strategic planning session allows us to identify areas of your business you want to improve, audit system workflows, and evaluate your team & project needs and overall business structure.
We’ll nail down a plan to get you working like a well-oiled machine!!

STEP 3: IMPLEMENTATION
Ready to take the next steps? Let VRA implement your action strategy and allow you to get back to the Visionary role of your business!
During the first two weeks, I’ll observe you and your team, reviewing systems and workflow processes to ensure our implementation aligns with your brand, values, and vision.
Then, buckle Up – I’m coming in HOT!!!
During the initial 90 days of implementation, I’ll spend time implementing the strategy that we will mutually refine, focusing on areas of your business that need polishing and where money can be saved, allowing your company to grow to its full potential.
Rest easy knowing I’ve got it handled and will keep you informed every step of the way!

STAGE 4: WELL-OILED MACHINE
We spent time establishing your workflows, implementing your automation, resolving your challenges, and now you are FLOURISHING!
We’ll continue to lead your growth proactively! I’ll keep you up-to-date with new technology, maintain your automation, and manage your team and projects so you can keep doing what you’re best at – being the Visionary!
